NEW YORK’S #1 AUTHORITY IN
DEEP CLEANING SERVICES

DEEP CLEANING SERVICES
She has learned her initial deep cleaning skills from her mother while helping her mother clean homes in Brazil.
Flavia had never worked for any cleaning companies in America before starting cleaning on her own and that was actually a good thing.
At the age of 16, Flavia started helping her mother to clean houses. Flavia’s mother cleaned houses for a living for years. Then Flavia used the cleaning techniques that she had learned with her mother and used them to start cleaning houses in America and as she started to get busier with her cleaning ”business” , she needed to have cleaning helpers with her too.
Luckily Flavia has an open mind and she allowed herself to learn a lot from her cleaning helpers as well. Each cleaning helper that helped her would give her a piece of advice for her and she took them seriously by trying and sorting them out.
Eventually she put all of her cleaning helpers advice together, summing up with what she already learned from her mother’s cleaning techniques and that's how she was able to develop a genius deep cleaning method.
Flavia not only developed the best cleaning method in New York State, but she also learned how to work with the right type of cleaning chemicals, thus making the cleaning results fast and effective. Finally, she registered all these cleaning methods and was able to come up with a deep cleaning system that just works like no other.
Most importantly, Flavia was fulfilled to see how much of an impact she was making in people’s life by making their home and business look new and back in their control again. She could see how motivated they were after having their home transformed ! This impact and seeing her clients happy faces is the best reward for her!
I was born and raised in a country town called Presidente Prudente, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
My mother lost my father to a massive heart attack at a young age while my mother was still pregnant with me and I was her second child to be born.
She struggled to raise us at every step of the way.
My mother was very young and at that time she was without direction. Sometimes she trusted people, but the wrong people, but just like all of us, she was just trying her best.
My mother worked a lot, from street sweeper/town keeper, cleaning houses to working in restaurants late evenings.
My mother didn’t have much support from either of our sides of the family for some time.
And to make matters worse, she was dealing with depression and was ill for years following my father’s death.
I remember that sometimes, we didn’t have enough or very little to eat at the table and would go to bed hungry.
In the middle of it all, though, my mother figured out a way to make me a surprise birthday party for my 10th birthday. That was the best day of my childhood!
I, however, always wanted to be better in life, and looking at the situation that my mother was going through, I promised to myself that I would have a different life and that I wanted to always work on being better, no matter what situation I would find myself in.
With the help of friends, neighbors and self help books, I started changing my life and my path, focusing on reading and studying.
From 2008 to 2010 I completed a few Technicians courses. Studying kept my mind out of the problems that I had at home.
In 2010, my sister motivated me to enroll in a USA program called Au Pair in which I would be able to live with an American family, study English and earn some money too. My sister was doing that same Au Pair Program just before I started and that was how I learned about this program.
First I had my Visitor Visa disapproved due to my lack of fluency in English. Then I persistently trained and studied English for a couple of months, focusing on the US Embassy interview until I knew exactly how to answer any possible question. I nailed the visa interview, even though I still didn’t know much of English…
Once with my VISA and tickets in hand, I made my first international trip of my life in August of 2010.
I couldn’t believe how different everything was from where I came from.
All the lights, all the different people, a huge city, I was enlightened. Being here was a challenge at first because I couldn’t speak much English, but I was determined to make it work .
After a couple of weeks of training in NYC, learning how to be an Au Pair in America (also paid by the host family), I started living with a host family in Schenectady, NY. They welcomed me and made me feel very loved and very safe.
Though, I felt isolated at first due to my poor English and not knowing many people in America.
But, with a lot of dedication, I mastered the English language and I even became a translator later on. Additionally, I had the opportunity to translate for Johnny Eduardo, an UFC Fighter, at the UFC Fight Night Event in Utica, NY in 2018.
Once I finished my Au Pair program, I was able to become a US resident but I wanted more.
I wanted to blend with the American culture and people so I started volunteering for the Firehouse near my house at that time (Vischer Ferry F.D., NY).
I learned so much at the firehouse! I would attend the drills regularly and I also completed a few firefighting training.
I even received a few certifications, including becoming an Emergency Medical Technician.
Most of all, I learned how to go beyond what I had ever thought I could and that the only thing that was stopping me from going anywhere in life, was my own mind, my mindset.
While I was working as an EMT for an ambulance corps in Albany, NY, I decided to attend University at UAlbany, for Psychology Major.
I also always made sure I saved some time to travel during school breaks because I wanted to experience more in life. Two years in college and during a school break, I went on a trip to Cancun where I met a true Italian gentleman who treated me like no one else ever did and who I am now married with and have 2 kids with.
I never finished college, because I realized that college doesn’t guarantee success, that college is not for everyone and it wasn’t for me. I felt that there was something better waiting for me, I just knew it!
My true Italian husband moved to the USA and that’s when I realized that I had little time to change from a normal income to a better income, the income that I deserve, I just didn’t know where to start from.
With my friends' motivations, I started to clean some houses here and there, in the same way that my mother taught me.
Soon I needed some help cleaning and I started learning different cleaning techniques with each of my cleaning helpers and also what I should not do. So I put everything that I learned together with the cleaning techniques that I had learned with my mother and I was able to come up with the best, unique and real way of cleaning.
Little did I know that this kind of cleaning is in high demand. That's because most cleaning businesses simply don't have the skills and practice necessary to clean deeply and most people don't have time to clean it themselves, thus making my type of cleaning highly requested and wanted.
These days, I live in Clifton Park, NY with my husband and our 2 kids.
In the meantime, I have learned to forgive my family for their mistakes and to live in peace with it, after all we all make mistakes too and try our best.
I also learned to be thankful. Thankful to have remained together with my family, to have had experiences that made me a very strong, courageous and determined person.
My mother was a very brave woman and did the best she could in her best judgment at that time and kept us together despite her difficulties.
Now, at the age of 36, I am the main income provider of my household.
I also support my family in Brazil whenever they need and I try to be the best mother and wife that I can for my family.
I have adopted the habit of reading and studying about childhood, business and life challenges .
Furthermore, ini 2023, I became a US citizen and that's another victory for me.
I believe I can always change myself and that’s why I attend and support an anonymous family support group for people who have been through the same traumas and learning experience that I have.
I learned that this has been the best way for me to live my better self and to accept the things that I cannot change.
I will never forget where I came from and who I used to be.
A very insecure, ashamed and unsuccessful person. I had all the chances to become a failure or a mentally ill person from many childhood traumas that I suffered. Though, my wish was to be different from what people used to say that I would probably turn into, to beat the odds, to be resilient.
And here I am to prove that anything is possible and that the only person stopping you to find yourself and to achieve what you want in life, is only your mind, yourself.
Hopefully my story will inspire many people and will serve as an example that with determination and faith, you can go anywhere you want to. Life has no limits!
